With an embedded passion for farming derived from an upbringing on our family livestock farm combined with years of working on arable farms it was clear I wanted a career in agriculture. My love for agronomy began whilst studying at Harper Adam’s where I first encountered crop management partners. Working with farmers to establish the most economic practices that provide positive outcomes in yield, soil health and quality is a vital aim of mine and with an independent and unbiased view there is a wide range of approaches to utilise.
